All services are subject to availability.
2. Service Authorization
By requesting service, you confirm:
• You are the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle or golf cart
• You have authority to approve service
• You agree to the quoted pricing
We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.
3. Pricing & Payments
• Pricing is provided before service when possible
• Final price may vary depending on complexity
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• Deposits may be required for rentals or special orders
We accept approved payment methods only.
4. No Guarantee of OEM Pricing
Lithium Guy™ is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer or dealership unless explicitly stated.
5. Liability Limitation
Lithium Guy™ is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing vehicle damage
• Manufacturer defects
• Electrical system failures unrelated to our work
• Misuse of keys or golf carts after service
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
6. Rental Terms (If Applicable)
For golf cart rentals:
• Renter assumes responsibility during rental period
• Renter must comply with local laws
• Damage or misuse may result in additional charges
• Security deposit may be required
7. Battery Conversion Disclaimer
Lithium battery conversions may:
• Affect manufacturer warranties
• Alter factory configurations
Customer acknowledges these risks before proceeding.
