All services are subject to availability.

2. Service Authorization

By requesting service, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle or golf cart.
  • You have permission to authorize the requested work.
  • You agree to the quoted pricing before work begins.

Lithium Guy LLC reserves the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Estimates are provided whenever possible.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition or service complexity.
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
  • Deposits may be required for special-order parts, rentals, or custom services.

4. Independent Business

Lithium Guy LLC is an independent mobile locksmith company and is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer, dealership, or automotive brand unless explicitly stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lithium Guy LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Manufacturer defects
  • Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our work
  • Customer misuse of keys, remotes, or golf carts after service

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

6. Roadside Assistance Service Terms

Lithium Guy LLC also provides mobile roadside assistance, including vehicle lockout, jump start, flat tire assistance, and mobile battery replacement. The following terms apply to these services:

  • Roadside services are mobile and performed at the vehicle’s location. You must provide accurate vehicle and location information so we can reach you.
  • The work area and roadside conditions must be reasonably safe. We may decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe for the technician, the customer, or the vehicle.
  • A jump start restarts a vehicle at the time of service but does not guarantee that a failing battery, charging system, or other underlying fault will continue to operate afterward.
  • Mobile battery replacement depends on battery availability and vehicle compatibility. The cost of the battery is separate from the service fee.
  • Flat tire assistance requires a usable spare tire or an appropriate repair solution. Damaged, stuck, or locking lug nuts, stripped studs, seized components, oversized or custom wheels, or unsafe roadside conditions may prevent completion of the service.
  • Pre-existing vehicle damage and mechanical or electrical faults remain outside the scope of the roadside service performed.
  • You are responsible for confirming that you are the owner of, or are authorized to request service for, the vehicle when required.
  • Quoted pricing may change only if the actual service condition materially differs from the information you provided.
  • Any after-hours or weekend surcharge already in force remains consistent with current business policy.

7. Golf Cart Rentals

Customers renting golf carts agree to:

  • Follow all local laws and regulations.
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition received.
  • Accept responsibility for any damage occurring during the rental period.

Security deposits may apply.

8. Lithium Battery Conversions

Customers understand that lithium battery upgrades may:

  • Affect manufacturer warranties.
  • Modify factory electrical configurations.

By approving installation, the customer accepts these conditions.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.

10. Changes

Lithium Guy LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
